To ensure the highest quality, all Charles & Colvard created moissanite jewels are evaluated to exacting standards by specially trained gemologists, quality control personnel, and automated video imaging equipment. Don't be fooled by some sites boasting superior quality stones, Charles & Colvard only allows one grade of moissanite: VERY GOOD GRADE. Any jewel below this is NOT distributed. Also, Charles & Colvard state that none are truly colorless, ALL will posess a SLIGHT color hue of yellow, teal, green or gray, but once the moissanite is set, it is hardly visible. Remember, moissanite will always display the FIRE, BRILLANCE and LUSTER that make it so unique.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Charles & Colvard, Ltd. offers consumers a limited lifetime warranty that Charles & Colvard created Moissanite jewel(s) will maintain their brilliance and fire for the lifetime of the owner. This warranty does not include loss, theft, disappearance, or loss of the optical properties of brilliance and fire due to incidental or intentional damage such as scraping, breakage or chipping.
Guarantee/Return Policy
We are so confident you will be happy with your Moissanite jewel/jewelry, that we offer a 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewel, simply return it to us within 10 days of receipt for a complete refund, less shipping & handling charges. You must return the original piece unworn and undamaged in its original packaging (including the Certificate of Authenticity) along with a copy of your emailed invoice to receive your credit. Any modifications to Jewelry will void the return policy (i.e. rings cannot be sized). This guarantee does not cover lost items.
Should you need to return your item, please contact us at the number below to obtain a return authorization number prior to returning your item.
Please note: We must receive your package within 10 days of your receipt of the package in order to process your credit, so please ship your package accordingly (we recommend USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days or USPS Express Mail 1-2 days). Please be sure to insure your return packages for the replacement value, as we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. International Orders
We will accept online orders and ship to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand at a flat fee of $29.99. Please allow a few extra days for delivery.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed during normal business hours and you should receive your item within approximately a week of the order date (orders placed after 3pm Central Time will be processed the next business day). However, some of the larger and smaller jewels are special order, and delivery will depend upon availability. We will contact you via phone or email if we have any problems processing your order. Occasionally there is an unforeseen delay in delivery due to inclement weather, mistake on the shipping label, lost package, etc. All packages are insured, so please let us know if you have not received your item within two weeks and we will start the process of reporting a lost package. Shipping cost is free for any size domestic order.
Delivery
Typically we use FedEx. Therefore, we need to ship to a physical address rather than to a post office box. We will send you and email with your tracking number the day your oder ships.
